Daily yoga classes focus on balance and strength while counterbalancing key areas and cultivating the mindfulness and embodiment needed to successfully and safely negotiate a wave. Yoga and surf share a deep respect for Mother Nature and together offer the confidence and grace to fluidly ride life’s big waves. No previous surf or yoga experience required. Surf lessons and breaks available for all levels.
